Adam S Hensley

Adam S. Hensley, Esq, Mr. Hensley practiced independently and with the law firm Phillips and Skidmore. Mr. Hensley manages a multi-faceted practice that includes financial, estate, and retirement planning. Mr. Hensley is on the speaking circuit for the Utah Public Employees Association where he regularly trains and advises on estate planning strategies. Mr. Hensley also represents individuals and communities with land use and other real estate matters and has experience and been successful working with planning commissions and city councils. Finally, Mr. Hensley has experience representing individuals in criminal and other matters as well.

Mr. Hensley has worked with city emergency rescue teams and police forces to properly implement HIPAA laws and has donated time working with the office of the Guardian ad Litem. He has experience with Railroad Property rights, secured a book publishing right, and established values on Ogden’s Museums for Ogden City.

Community Involvement:

Mr. Hensley has written numerous articles on Religious Liberty, The First Amendment, The History and Origins of Our Common Law and DOMA. Additionally he has assisted Ogden City Risk Department and Hazardous Waste Clean-Up Departments on various issues and helped in the establishment of the Ogden City Airport passage flights. Mr. Hensley is a member of the Weber County Bar Association, Utah and Federal Bar, also participates in the Utah Inns of Court, and frequently volunteers at the YCC (Your Community Connections).

Additionally Adam currently serves as a council member in South Ogden City.
