You retained the firm to address and resolve a complicated legal issue regarding obtaining an easement to your landlocked property -- an issue that you had been unable to resolve on your own to that point. Several options for representation were discussed, and the firm began work only according to your approval and instruction. After providing you with the necessary and appropriate research and legal arguments (which indeed confirmed your own research and suspicions), and after several communications with the respective parties and their legal counsel, it was then discovered that you had decided to terminate our relationship by simply leaving a derogatory note with office staff, instead of reaching out to discuss any issues personally. Resultingly, the firm was unable to resolve the issues you have experienced. I understand that nobody wants a negative or dissatisfactory outcome from their case. What I want more than anything is to address your issues and concerns to ensure that nothing like this occurs again.
