J. Brett Chambers

Brett Chambers impressed me at first with his desire to collect and research as much information pertaining to the case as possible- I liken it to loading up with as much ammunition as possible to be prepared for all eventualities. In his research he found information about both myself and our oppon...ent that I had long forgotten or did not consider as important during his questioning of me. This was a breach of partnership contact case and even though we felt our case was much stronger than our opponent - Brett brought in multiple strategies that we could introduce in case the our opponent was able to find any possible weaknesses in our claims. During a deposition I had made a few ambiguous responses that could have weakened our case, and Brett followed up quickly and specifically clarified my position on the issues for the record. I feel that Brett is the real deal- he's focused on prevailing in my case by over-compensating all around. He returns my calls and emails promptly and takes the time to answer my questions in detail, and then follows up to make sure I understand and agree or disagree with his assessment. Given that, I have been eager to spend any of my time required to get him any information or additional analysis that he may require, because I am confident he reviews everything and is prepared to use it to my advantage. All these qualities I have described are genuine, but one more I must add that is a stereotype against many attorneys - Brett is honest, and has advised me in every disclosure and deposition, that we must present the truth - no matter what the opponent may do with it. I believe that Brett Chambers, with his knowledge of the law and tenacity to leave no stone unturned is really fighting for me and he sees it as his duty to do so until the end. I really have respect for him, and as a business owner would not hesitate to use his services if the need ever arose; yes, he would be my first choice.
