Aaron K Bergman

Aaron was admitted to the Utah State Bar, the Idaho State Bar and is a current member of the Utah Association for Justice. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Utah and Idaho.

Aaron provides legal counsel in several areas of the law; but most of all, he enjoys helping people. Aaron emphasizes in personal injury and commercial litigation, working hard to ensure clients obtain real results. Aaron appears often in both state and federal courts, as well as various administrative agencies and departments within the states of Utah and Idaho. Aaron also provides criminal defense services, helping to protect innocence and Constitutional rights.

Aaron graduated with honors from Utah State University with a B.S. in Political Science and a Minor in accounting. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, graduating with Great Distinction in the top 1% of his class. He is a member of the Order of the Coif and the Roger J. Traynor Scholastic Honors Society. Aaron was also awarded with Honors for his excellence in Trial Advocacy, and was awarded Witkin Awards in Professional Responsibility, Federal Income Taxation and Bankruptcy.
