Stephanie Wilkins Pugsley’s practice consists of a traditional litigation and appellate practice. She assists companies with commercial litigation matters involving contract negotiations, disputes, electronic discovery compliance and document retention policies, and employment matters. She has significant commercial litigation experience involving large construction defect cases. She also has experience representing multi-level marketing and direct sales companies, especially in Asian markets.
