I had a very frustrating experience dealing with Primus Law in a small consumer debt matter. Communication was unnecessarily difficult. I repeatedly requested written confirmation of basic things (payment amounts, receipts, account balances), but the firm refused to communicate by email and instea...d pushed phone calls, which made it hard to keep a clear paper trail. When receipts were provided, the PDFs were poorly formatted and did not clearly show payment amounts or posting status, requiring additional follow-up. For a firm handling routine collection cases, I expected clearer documentation, transparency, and more professional communication practices. The lack of clear written records and the resistance to basic written confirmation made an already stressful situation more difficult than it needed to be. I would not recommend this firm if you value clear communication and proper documentation.
