Sean A. Monson is of counsel in the law firm of Bennett Tueller Johnson & Deere. His practice emphasis is real estate and title insurance. He has been lead counsel representing several businesses and individuals in real property transactions and litigation matters involving boundary, ownership and priority of interest disputes. His practice also includes employment counseling and litigation. He has represented several large and small Utah businesses in litigation matters involving claims of wrongful termination, Title VII, ADA, employment-related state law torts, covenants not to compete and labor disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Monson was an associate at the Salt Lake City law firm of Parsons, Behle & Latimer and a partner with the Salt Lake City law firm of Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar LLC.
