Scott S Kunkel

Scott was my lawyer to handle my child custody case. He seemed more interested in being the middle man and being fair to both sides and have both sides happy then what was in my best interest or what i wanted. My ex-husband would agree to a timeline for a specific item, then not complete or stick ...to what he had agreed to. Scott was unwilling to try to enforce/or bring up that my exhusband stick to the agreements he had made, saying "let"s give him another (and another and another...) chance. Scott offered to cancel out a judgement that i had been awarded in court for my exhusband to pay, without consulting me. He stated this would help make the other side happy and more willing to work with us. When we did go to court, Scott would offer to write up the papers on what was decided and turn them in. I would get the papers months later. This ended up costing me money, since i could have been recieving money/judgements from the time the papers were turned in, which should have been soon after the court date. i was not happy with how Scott represented me and I would not recommend him to someone else.
