Was in a lengthy custody battle and just in general with my sons mother we were never married. Throughout Sarah and her assistant were there every step of the way even at one point I was granted full temporary custody as a man in Utah that happens very little. She's a truly caring person that will gi...ve you your money's worth. Utah needs to be better about enforcing law and about realizing sex is just that and has no bearing on who is better for a child. In reality both are best separate or not cause at times one or the other may not be the better parent. For a situation so complex Sarah is a good person to have to help you through it.

I initially used Sarah Giacovelli for my divorce. I was constantly surprised by the lack of follow up, communication and information she provided. Sarah completely failed to prepare for my first mediation hearing, including simple preparation like providing me with the information I needed to atten...d! I attending my first mediation hearing via telephone (Sarah advised this wouldn't be a problem. It was). During the mediation, the opposing counsel continually made false statements about my monthly income (as presented to me by the mediator). Despite having three months worth of paystubs, Sarah did nothing to contradict him (it gets worse). During a later hearing, the opposing counsel made the same false statements about my monthly income, and, despite having 9 MONTHS worth of pay stubs, Sarah did nothing to contradict him. In other words, even with concrete evidence of my monthly income, Sarah was unable to prove my monthly income!!! After I replaced Sarah with another lawyer, Sarah waited about four months to produce my final bill. When Sarah finally sent me the final bill, Sarah demanded I pay within thirty days. When I told Sarah that I wanted a discount due to her poor performance and that I would probably dispute parts of the bill, Sarah immediately involved a THIRD PARTY and informed them of my dispute.
