Beware of Nate Wall !!!!! He did barley anything for me but take the 5k retainer. He lied to me multiple times and did nothing but dodge phone calls and emails for 5 months until I fired him! Come to find out after reading thru the last 6 months of negative review's there seems to be theme with him.... Hiring Nate period is a terrible idea but definitely don't hire him during hunting season. When I finally got my first bill after 5 months. Hardly any of the time and date stamps came close what was real. He inflated and fabricated most of the bill to the tune of 4100. How could he remember anything 5 months later on a case he new nothing about to begin with. If we did talk it was me reminding him of everything going on and catching him back up to speed. He spent more time arguing and defending his fabricated bill the last 3 weeks than the entire case. After telling my story to 3 other local attorneys who know Nate they were not surprised at all. He took advantage of me at a terrible time in my life and writing this review has nothing to do with the 5k. In fact this is only the 2nd review I've ever written in my life. If your at a point that you are needing a lawyer to begin with things are probably not good. Don't make thing worse by hiring Nate! Fyi Tom Burns at Clyde Snow is who I replaced Nate with and its been a night and day difference. I hope this saves someone else a lot of heart ach and grief.

Nate has helped me with a very tough case concerning my 4 year old nephew. The odds were against me in this case. I'm thankful I hired such a professional, knowledgeable and dedicated lawyer. He really does care about all his cases. I would reccomend Nate for anyone looking for a family law lawyer. I... assure you, you will not be disappointed. He keeps in contact with you and helps you along the way. He is well versed in the law and keeps himself updated on new laws. He is a non-judgemental guy and LGBT friendly. If you want an honest lawyer who doesn't just do his job for money, hire Nathan Wall.

I hired Nathan Wall as my attorney in 2016. He has represented me in 3 desperate hearings in front of the Commissioner in my case between then and now. I had 2 previous attorneys before him who could not help fix my problems. My ex would not comply with our Decree of Divorce. He would not pay for any...thing for the children despite being ordered to. He would not comply with debt payments or cooperate in getting me my interest in the house. He would not comply with court ordered parent time. Nathan's knowledge and ability to read the Commissioner in my case was amazing. He knew how to present my case & really explained the hardships i was going through with the Court in a way that was organized, precise & had an effect on the Court. His pleadings were amazing and well written, and which really portrayed the problems and struggles I was experiencing. In 1 year, he cleaned up what 2 previous Attorneys could not clean up in 4 years! I was awarded my attorney's fees, got the home listed for sale to get my interest and the Commissioner stated that if my ex had to be brought in again for not obeying court orders, he'd get 5 days in jail. I have not had a single problem with him since. When I hired Nate, he said his goal was to have you not need me anymore because we have fixed all of your problems. Nate fixed all of the problems. He was reasonable with his prices as well and I did not spend a fortune. Nate was accessible, answering emails and calls even on nights and weekends and helped me through the entire process. I would recommend Nate in a heartbeat to anyone! Can't say enough positive things about him! Ashley, his paralegal was wonderful too!

Nate cared. He cared about the outcome of my case & protecting my family. He didn't nickel & dime me. He had extensive knowledge of the law. He was amazing in Court too! The judge's listened to him. He was honest & fair. He got my family out of a tough bind. I'd recommend him for any Divorce matter o...r custody matter like he helped me.
