Kaitlyn E Gibbs

I hired Kaitlyn Gibb to represent my daughter in a divorce. She didn’t even understand basic legal concepts. We had other attorneys contact her to try to coach her. To no avail. Since we had to pay over$7000 up front. She was consistently more concerned about my daughters estranged husband. She was... overly concerned that he had a good car to drive. Where did that come from. At one point we had to stop her from drafting a letter of apology to my estranged son in law and his attorney because she followed the advice from a judge who told her to go get her kids. Kaitlyn consistently put fear into my daughter that she would lose custody of her kids rather than offer her support during this very difficult time in her life. She showed no interest in actual fighting for and supporting my daughter.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Kaitlyn Gibbs. When my 25 year marriage came to an end, I not only wanted an attorney who was smart, assertive and experienced, I also wanted one who would be respectful of my soon-to-be-ex wife, the mother of my 3 children, and life-lo...ng friend. Through her strong sense of compassion and deep moral convictions, Kaitlyn was able to help make this notoriously sad and conflict-laden experience not only tolerable, but meaningful. Instead of spending our time arguing, Kaitlyn encouraged kindness, sensibility, and respect. That, in my opinion, is Kaitlyn's super power. I would recommend Kaitlyn to anyone who is interested in maintaining a positive, or at the very least, a working relationship with an ex spouse following a divorce. Kaitlyn is truly amazing.
