About Justin
Biography
Justin is a Utah native. He graduated from the University of Utah Law School. While attending school, Justin was a member of the Jessup Moot Court team, the Counter-Terrorism Simulation Design Team, and a Student Director of the Pro Bono Initiative. During school, Justin volunteered at free legal clinics to help people work through their legal troubles. He also worked at a criminal defense firm where he learned to fiercely defend his clients’ constitutional rights.
After graduation, Justin worked as a criminal defense attorney and eventually moved on to become a city prosecutor. He fell in love with representing plaintiffs and found his way to personal injury work. Justin is a zealous advocate and aggressively fights for his clients. He enjoys guiding people through the complex legal system, litigating cases, and getting his clients what they deserve.
Justin is married and loves to spend time hanging out with his wife Kate. On Tuesday nights, you’ll probably see them at the local Megaplex for “cheap movie night.” He’s a big fan of rock climbing, camping, snowboarding, music making, movies, and fitness.
