Daniel C Dansie

Daniel Dansie represents clients in a wide variety of land use and real estate matters in Utah and Idaho. His experience includes the purchase, sale, and leasing of real estate; planning and zoning matters; construction and development issues; boundary, title and lien disputes; foreclosure and post-foreclosure matters; and real estate financing issues. When disputes arise, Dan takes a vigorous, solutions-oriented approach to litigation based on strong trial and appellate experience. Dan is a member of the real property sections of the Utah and Idaho bars.

Dan graduated with highest honors from the University of Utah College of Law and was awarded the Order of the Coif. He is also a graduate of Brigham Young University.
