Biography
Caleb is a litigation attorney based in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Mr. Bertch specializes in difficult and/or complex injury suits where a tailored litigation strategy is warranted. Together with his colleagues at Bertch Associates, Caleb has successfully recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.
Caleb has quickly risen amongst his peers and was identified by the Utah Association for Justice in 2020 as a recipient of their “Rising Star” award. In 2020 he was also recognized as one of Utah’s “Top 40 under 40” by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers. Caleb also serves as a founding co-chair of the UAJ’s New Lawyer Division.
Caleb completed his legal education at Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, OR. A proud Utah native, in his free time Caleb enjoys rock climbing along the Wasatch Front, bonsai, cycling, hiking, yoga, and from his time in rainy Portland—coffee and tea.
