Biography
I was licensed to practice law in Utah in September of 1976 and have been in private practice since that time. My practice consentrates mainly in Bankruptcy law and I also handle cases in adotion law and estate planning, including Will, Trusts, and probates. I have extensive experience in all these areas and have represented thousands of clients. I offer a free intial consultation and have reasonable rates. You will always be represented by myself; no clerks or para legals. You will always receive the most consciences and professional representation.
For hobbies I enjoy backpacking, fishing, horseback riding, reading good books, and spending time with my wife, children, and grandson. I have been running for most of my adult life and have competed in 15 marathons. I ran the Boston Marathon in 1982. I still run about 30 miles a week and enjoy the time out of doors and trying to stay in shape. It also helps me stay fit so I can still climb the mountain. So far I can still make it to the top of Mt. Olympus.
My wife is the former LeeAnn Foote (now LeeAnn Foote Long), We have been married for 31 years, She is the light of my life and keeps me in line. We have three girls and one grandson. The girls have all graduated from the Uof U. I couldn't convince them to attend BYU; my Alma Mater.
