I have extensive experience in successfully closing conventional, Freddie Mac, CMBS securitized financing, bridge financing, construction financing and permanent financing of hundreds of residential, multifamily and commercial real estate projects in 17 states with a total transaction value of over Two Billion Dollars. I also have helped clients in HUD multifamily and senior housing facility loans and related programs. I also have extensive experience in the leasing, acquisition, sale and financing of real property, especially self-storage facilities, senior living, assisted living and multifamily housing.
