Peter is amazing. Me and my wife rented a house from a property management company. When we moved, they said damages to the house was more than our deposit covered. They kept our deposit, and said they were going to write off the rest of the damages on their taxes. One and an half years later, we rec...eived a collections notice from that same property management company. We had written proof from the property management company, stating they were writing off the remainder of the damages. We hired Peter to help us in this situation. We never heard from them again.
