Patrick E Johnson

Patrick Johnson specializes in civil litigation and bankruptcy law.  His litigation practice includes all aspects of civil litigation, including breach of contract claims, construction defects and disputes, and collections.  He has also defended products liability, wrongful death and personal injury actions, and he has experience in patent and trademark infringement and trade secret misappropriation cases.  Other areas of experience include enforcing license agreements and non-compete agreements, complying with administrative or regulatory procedures, including government contracts and workplace safety, and addressing various issues relating to business acquisitions and contract interpretation. 

Mr. Johnson’s bankruptcy practice focuses on representing Chapter 11 creditors and debtors, Chapter 7 trustees, as well as debtors and creditors in out-of-bankruptcy workouts.

Additionally, Mr. Johnson has represented clients before the Department of Labor and Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission.  Mr. Johnson appears on behalf of clients in all of Utah’s civil courts, including state and federal district court, bankruptcy court and small claims court.
