Security Fraud Litigation

Background Information-- Prior Legal Cases: As an entrepreneur and business man, I hired and worked closely with several major Utah law firms over a period of 10 to 20 years. As a result of extensive litigation I gained valuable experience regarding both selection and working with competent attorney...s. Events that Led Plaintiff to Hire Attorney Mark Pugsley:. An extensive 14 month investigation of Plaintiffs provided substantial evidence Plaintiff’s had violated Utah Security laws. The facts and circumstances surrounding the anticipated litigation suggested to me that selection of a highly competent attorney familiar with securities litigation was essential to success. I selected attorney Mark Pugsley after in depth interviews with three other major Utah law firms that handled securities fraud litigation Mark Pugsley Proposed A Strategy to Obtain Return of My Investment Without Filing Litigation: Mark Pugsley was able to quickly gain a good working knowledge of the various aspects of the contemplated direct claim and other possible litigation which was designed to return my large investment by either filing litigation or settling the cases via mediation. Mark proposed a unique strategy involving possible multiple litigation paths, which greatly enhanced the probability of settling the case via mediation. Final Results of Mark Pugsley Strategy In My Recent Securites Fraud Case: Mark Pugsley demonstrated his wisdom and experience as evidenced by the results of the mediation which met our requirements and prevented me from filing and funding approximately 2 years of costly and potentially risky litigation, which litigation I firmly believe we would have won. I would highly recommend Mark Pugsley for security fraud litigation cases and/or derivative litigation cases because he is intelligent, he speaks well, he understands relevant federal and state security laws, he is a good writer, he is a good poker player, he has a friendly but firm demeanor when dealing with the other side, he has a team of highly qualified supporting attorneys that he calls on from time to time and he has over twenty years of successful experience. Enough said!

Highly Recommended Lawyer

In the past twenty years of doing business I have used several lawyers and firms that specialize in the area of Corporate and Securities law in Utah and Texas. Mark without question has been superior to any previous lawyer in all apsects. I first used Mark on a case which I had previoulsy presented t...o other lawyers whom seemed to have no answers. The case was very complex. Mark took the time and found a solution that has resulted in an outcome beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Mark as a lawyer and plan on using him for any future needs.
