My brother hired Jeanne Campbell. She didn't answer his calls or emails. She wasn't prepared for any hearings. She did nothing to prepare his case. Two weeks before court she spent two hours on the phone with him telling him to take a plea. He wanted to fight because he's innocent. She told him he co...uld fight and hire another attorney and fire her or he could settle. He paid her like 120 grand and had no money left so he was forced to settle. His witness list had names from another case so he had no witnesses going into trial. She submitted his witness list with the wrong case info. She was told to withdrawal his plea but didn't. At sentencing she hurt his case every time she talked. He got fifteen years to life when she made him think he'd get five years. He asked her to file an appeal but she didn't and didn't answer any calls from him or family. Now my brother can't even appeal his sentence. She admitted in court that he asked her to appeal and she just forgot but the judge still denied my brother's right to appeal. My brother is innocent and locked in a cage!!!!
