Living in another state, I had no idea who to turn to in order to handle a medical malpractice lawsuit against a medical practitioner that had cared for me after a traumatic injury during my vacation in Utah. My case ended up in Jacquelynn's hands, and I am so glad that it did. Never being in this si...tuation before, I had no idea what to do, but Jacquelynn and her team made sure that I was kept fully informed during the entire legal process. This made me feel at ease, because I knew what I needed to have handled was being taken care of. I was present at both the depositions for my case as well as the mediation, and Jacquelynn made sure that I was prepared to handle all situations, was completely honest with me about both the positives and issues of my case, and never pressured me to make any decisions. When I made the choice to settle my case during the mediation stages, I felt like I made the best choice for me, due to her guidance. Although my medical malpractice case is something that I wish I never had to experience, I am really glad that I was able to hire a lawyer who really took care of me and supported me.
