Ian S Davis

Mr. Davis is a Shareholder of Durham Jones & Pinegar and practices in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Litigation sections, focusing on banking and real estate matters.  Mr. Davis represents lenders and borrowers in troubled loan situations, including enforcement of or defense against foreclosure of real estate or personal property collateral, loan workout and forbearance negotiation and documentation, lender liability and deficiency litigation, loan sale and assignment negotiation and documentation, and bankruptcy representation.  Mr. Davis represents national and local banks, SBA lenders, and non-institutional lenders, as well as individual and business borrowers.  In addition, Mr. Davis handles general commercial litigation and loan documentation needs for his clients.
