Dara R. Cohen

From our first telephone call through 14 months of a complicated estate's management, execution and closure, Dara guided us with direct, favorable and very well informed expertise. When I first phoned her, in what became a 40 minute call, she laid out for me everything we would need to accomplish ...in order to start the process of managing my recently deceased sister's affairs. From then forward, she assured me, in various ways, that the business of handling our loved one's estate didn't need to be stressful, too complicated, or overwhelming. The next day, at our first in-person meeting, it was clear to me that her dedication to her work, her understanding of the laws of Utah and her capacity to assist us, led us to engage her for what was ahead. My death is now neatly organized, thanks to Dara Cohen! She went the extra mile to locate all my assets, change beneficiaries on old policies, and put everything in a nice organized trust, which she delivered to my home, as she does house calls! I had a couple of other attorneys review Dara's work,... as I know nothing about this field and they both agreed she had done an excellent job. One of them hired her, and I am betting the other one will too. Dara is efficient in her work and communicates promptly. I noticed her participation in a high profile case in the news recently and was so impressed by the maturity and discretion she used. It was an opportunity wherein lesser attorneys would have exploited the situation to get some press coverage. Not Dara.
