Courtland Astill is a member of the Corporate Transactions & Securities, Mining & Natural Resources, and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups at Parsons Behle & Latimer.
Before joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Mr. Astill attended the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. During law school, Mr. Astill was a member of the senior staff for the Utah Law Review. Mr. Astill also received a Master of Accountancy, and B.S., summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University.
Prior to law school, Mr. Astill worked for PwC, a Big Four accounting firm, in San Jose California, where he worked on initial public offerings and various public and private companies.
