Jail time is always an option for the Judge. Your friend needs to hire an attorney ASAP.

If the Court finds that he has not fulfilled his conditions then they can revoke and reinstate his probation.

Try posting the info in the top 5 newspapers in your area for 1 week. That may satisfy the Court for proof of service.
