There is not much you can do. Colorado will go get him when they feel like it. Not fighting extradition speeds up the process.

You cannot adopt an unborn child. The bio mom fills out the birth cert.

It's a misdemeanor. The officer has the discretion on whether to arrest on a misdemeanor.
