I used this firm several times for visa and immigration work I had as General Counsel to several companies. I think they are one of the best in the country. They helped extricate some employees from messes other counsel had created. They always give straight, informed answers and don't tell you th...ings you may just want to hear. I would highly recommend them. They are very good.

My company hired Olga and Arnie in 2014 to help me through the H1B process. At this point, I was under OPT. They applied for my H1B twice (as I didn't get selected in the lottery on my first attempt), renewed my H1B once, and by 2020, I had my green card. Anyone who has gone through this long and dif...ficult process understands how inherently scary and anxiety- inducing it can be. Despite not being "my" attorneys, and my company being their client, I always felt like they were working for me and with me. I never questioned their knowledge and competency. It's not easy to trust someone else to handle paperwork that has the potential to change your life as you know it, especially me - I'm a bit of a control freak. However, I always felt like I was in good hands. The relationship was transparent and communication was always there; even when I followed up and my tone was clearly anxious, they were always welcoming of my questions and happy to explain the why behind their strategies and decisions. They also consulted with me, incorporated my input, and even let me review content so that I felt comfortable. When I finally met them in person when I went to pick up my green card, it felt like I'd known them for years. They were genuinely happy for me. I am forever grateful to them for their professionalism (and getting me my green card, of course!) but most of all, for the way they truly cared about me throughout the process.
