Joseph C Poulton

Joseph Poulton is an immigration attorney who I hired to help me on my immigration case. I recently moved to Florida and requested my file so that I could continue my case in Florida. Mr Poulton did not and has never responded to countless phone calls, voicemails, messages left with his assistant, em...ails, over a period of 2 years of trying to simply attain a copy of my file for my records. Finally, I got on a plane and flew to Utah and made an appointment with his secretary to get my file from Mr Poulton. After arriving on time for my 11:30am appointment, I waited over an hour with his secretary just to be told Mr Poulton actually wasn’t going to show up for the appointment, no reason given. Mr Poulton is extremely unprofessional when it comes to keeping appointments, client communication, and has not kept me informed or updated on my case, which has been on-going for almost 10 years at this point. He has hurt not only my case but me personally as I could have possibly received my citizenship by this point with a competent lawyer who actually works on my case. I have suffered hardships and discrimination that could have been avoided with a competent attorney.
