We met Blair at what was without a doubt the scariest days of our lives as our juvenile son was facing detention and potentially devastating felony charges due to a zealot county attorney, false allegations and a situation blown completely out of proportion. Just the allegations alone ruined a year ...of our lives and a year of his academic career as he was expelled based on false allegations. Innocent until proven guilty, eh? We met with a number of attorneys who immediately focused on developing a trial strategy and demanded outrageously expensive fees. Blair seemed to have the best feel for the case and suggested a much less controversial strategy to start with and for a far more reasonable fee. It also helped that our son felt most comfortable talking to Blair. For months Blair gracefully handled dealing with all of us as we went through all manner of emotions on almost a daily basis. In the end, Blair's strategy proved true and the charges against our son were dismissed. Our son can never recover that lost year, his academic standing, or his place in school, but at least he has his life ahead of him without a record. Even today, it is sometimes a struggle, but we have our son. And we have Blair to thank for that.
