Robert M Henriksen

I am a trial attorney.  I joined Henriksen & Henriksen in 2006, becoming a third generation Henriksen trial attorney at the firm. I routinely handle serious injury and death cases.  I have helped clients recover millions of dollars in compensation for their injuries.  I am not a billboard attorney.  I devote my personal attention to each client; my staff does the same.  I am a member of the American Association for Justice, which is a national organization of trial attorneys.  I am very involved in the Association, serving on several committees.  I also serve on the Board of Governors for the Utah Association for Justice. My experience allows me to routinely handle cases, big and small, in all of the courts throughout Utah.
