Reed Pruyn

I hired Reed to help me when the State of Utah's Office of Recovery Services, where my child support order is enforced and garnished, ordered me to go into court against my ex to reduce/change my child support for my four children. My ex had significantly reduced his income and was going back to sch...ool. And as such, was going to try to get out of paying as much in support. Reed helped me get all the needed payroll information and all the specifics so that that would not happen. He was able to show the significant reduction in income was from my ex's own choice of going back to school, and that he was only working 30 hrs a week, and not considered full time employment, and should not have any sort of reduction. Also, Reed was very informative on if and what would happen if my ex were to try to pursue a reduction further, and that since he stated pertinent information in court, he reassured me I was okay either way. I have consulted Reed for additional information ranging from business to contracts to recommendations of parental coordinators.
