Met in 09/10, pd full fee one week after first meeting and finally filed a BK in 12/10. That was dismissed for incomplete paperwork. His assistance told me he had everything and then he left me a voicemail saying that it was dismissed and it would be on his dime because he had to rush it? Really a...fter three months it was a rush? Today is 11/25/11 and the case has never been refiled and I have not heard from him since 3/11. He was never responsive when I called the office either and his assistance could be of little to no help. I sent him a letter 45 days ago for a refund because we are going to another attorney and I have received not as much as a call or a check.
