Biography
After graduating law school, Ted set up practice in his hometown of Goshen, New York, where he specialized in personal injury claims and commercial disputes. During the five years he practiced in New York, Ted tried over twenty cases before juries. Since coming to Utah in 1998, Ted has developed a practice that includes complex commercial litigation, personal injury and medical malpractice.
Lodges at Bear Hollow HOA vs. Bear Hollow Restoration. Obtained 1.8 million dollar judgment against developer of 97 unit condominium complex in Park City, Utah. Trial date 3/10/15-3/17/15.
Valentino v. Harrison (Case No. 090915203). Obtained $180, jury verdict against motor vehicle operator in auto/pedestrian case in Salt Lake City, Utah. Trial date February 2012.
CFTC v. Brockbank, et.al. Successfully defended two individuals charged with “commodities fraud” in Federal District Court. Trial date March 2006.
Fleming vs. St. Mark’s Hospital. Obtained 1.9 million dollar jury verdict in medical malpractice action against local hospital in Salt Lake District Court. Trial date December 2005.
Estate of Rosemary Cosby. Obtained 1.2 million dollar jury verdict against widower of deceased church leader, Rosemary “Mama” Cosby, on allegations of fraud and forgery in Salt Lake District Court. Trial date January 2005.
