Brian Andrew Flach

I am a litigation attorney with Kimball Anderson with significant experience in complex litigation. My case experience includes intellectual property law, real estate law, complex civil litigation, criminal law, personal injury and much more. As an attorney, I strive to provide my clients with thorough, honest, and excellent legal assistance to resolve even the toughest cases that they may encounter.

I graduated with honors from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2019, where I served as Executive Footnote Editor of the Utah Law Review as well as the Vice President of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association. I was a Biolaw Fellow for two years and earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Constitutional Law. I was also a member of the 2019 moot court team that won state and was a regional semifinalist for the Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition, receiving team and individual awards for legal brief writing and oration. During my time in law school, I also interned for the Honorable Justice Constandinos Himonas of the Utah Supreme Court, gaining an invaluable understanding of the judicial process.
