I am a shareholder at Prince Yeates. My law practice centers primarily on commercial litigation, though I also represent corporate clients in business law and non-litigation matters.
In litigation, I have second-chaired several trials, briefed several appeals, argued dispositive motions, taken and defended depositions, and successfully settled numerous cases in mediation and through negotiations.
Outside of litigation, I have negotiated and drafted numerous contracts, and counseled corporate clients in business formations, trademark applications and renewals, and other business transactions.
