Michael is a founding partner at Miller Harrison LLC. He specializes in community association law and has helped hundreds of homeowner and condominium associations amend and rewrite their governing documents, transition from developer control, enforce rules and restrictions, litigate claims, collect unpaid assessments, and resolve Fair Housing disputes. Michael also helps establish associations and create their governing documents for new developments. Michael is a regular presenter on community association matters and currently serves on the Legislative Action Committee of the Utah Chapter of the Community Association Institute for which he helps draft and fight for and against legislation that impacts the community association industry.
