Mr. James recently acted as mediator in a disputed attorney's fee and malpractice suit involving our group and another law firm. We were very impressed with Mr. James' ability to quickly grasp the situation and identify the relevant facts for each party. However, what impressed us the most was Mr. Ja...mes' relentless ability to help all parties overcome emotions and make rational decisions. In the end, and after a whole day of negotiating, we were able to come to an agreement and settle our dispute. I have little doubt that if we had a less focused and determined mediator the agreement would have never been reached and we would still be spending money on attorneys.
