We hired Jessica's firm to represent me in a custody and decree modification case brought against me by my ex-husband. The firm billed us for our entire retainer every month, no matter what was happening in our case, they billed at least $2,000! We finally became dissatisfied with the attorney repres...enting us and reached out to Jessica to hear our grievance and see if she could yield some results in the case. Jessica took two weeks to initially respond to us and over a month to finally hear us out. In the mean time Jess sent a very condescending and hostile email, that she billed over $400 for. I thought hiring a law firm of all women would be very good to work with as a single mother, but they were no help. We paid them a small fortune over 4 months and have now had to hire a new attorney and essentially start over in my case. Zero results, zero accountability. Jess personally refused to give us any refund.
