I want to start buy saying I have delayed in writing a review as I like to provide detailed reviews so others looking into services have a complete understanding from a customer. With that said, I am a small business owner in Las Vegas dealing in product sales. At the start of my business roughly a y...ear ago I consulted with several legal attorneys to try and find what I felt was the best for my business. After going through several consultations that left me nervous and skeptical, I was referred to Byron Ames through a friend who highly recommended his services. I was able to speak with Byron directly when scheduling a consultation with him and determined his experience could be of benefit to my business. After meeting with Byron I knew he would be the best legal attorney I could hire for my company. I explained to him the several needs of my company and inquired his advice when dealing with them. My company retails consumer products which requires License agreements, Patents, Trademarks, Distribution agreements, and any legal document that can relate to a business of this type. Though Byron doesn't provide work on patents and trademarks, he was able to walk me through the process and what is to be expected, even referring me to a Patent attorney that I continue to use. Byron has provided me over the course of a year numerous legal business documents that are needed for me to close deals with prospective purchasers and distributors. His individually created legal documents present well to purchasing companies leaving nothing to question. On many circumstances I need documents created on a short notice and Byron always delivers. He is available for me via email and phone and is always ready to meet with me in person. I have hired Byron for everything to do with my business for over a year now and can confidently provide an honest review of his services. I recommend Byron to anyone I know who is seeking any type of legal help as I know he will be responsive and forthright. Mr. Ames handled matter for us for 8 years. However, when he decided to leave his past lawfirm and open his own office things changed. He became too busy traveling, opening offices, made suggestions to us for him to work with us and the other side at the same time. Bottom line, our company has b...een damaged almost beyond repair. When we spoke with him about these concerns and damages he promised to assist us, then dropped us via text message!
