During his tenure at one of the world’s leading immigration firms, Jason honed his skills and gained invaluable experience handling a wide range of immigration matters for key clients in the automobile, energy, power and automation, manufacturing, personal care, information technology, telecommunications, and financial services industries, among others, including serving several Fortune 500 companies. Jason specializes in particular in O-1 and EB-1 petitions for Individuals of Extraordinary Ability and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions, having secured hundreds of approvals across these categories.
