Perfect attorney for what I needed
I had just gone through a divorce that left me with tons of credit card debt and I had a mountain of medical bills. I thought bankruptcy was my only option, and then I met with Christian. “This discipline resulted out of a fee dispute occurring when I associated at Siegfried and Jensen. I litigated a matter and received a $64,000 award after a case was started by another attorney. After the award the client informed me that the previous attorney had agreed to not charge the client. I asked my boss Ned Siegfried that the fee be waived. He made me offer a fee settlement with client. The client agreed to settlement and filed complaint. I resigned from firm over this matter.”
