She not only demonstrated her knowledge, but also her ability to handle a otherwise sticky family situation. Jessica allowed us the opportunity to meet her family, which did help that my Grandmother was her neighbor. Meeting her family, realizing her abilities that she had in regards to protecting my dear Grandma, made for a perfect combination for our family, to hire her immediately. She was highly referred, which made it an easy choice for us too. But after working with Jessica for a few years, it made it an easy choice to stay with her.
