When someone is injured because of another person's negligence, they need more than legal advice. They need someone they can trust to guide them through one of the most difficult experiences of their life with honesty, experience, and compassion.

That belief has shaped my career.

I am the founder and managing attorney of True North Injury Law, where I represent Utahns in personal injury cases. Over the course of my career, I have handled hundreds—if not thousands—of personal injury claims, representing clients from the earliest stages of their case through litigation. Every case is prepared as though it may be presented to a jury, giving my clients the strongest possible position whether negotiating a settlement or going to trial.

Before founding True North, I built and operated my own Social Security disability practice and later served as both an associate attorney and managing attorney at one of Utah's respected personal injury firms.

I have also been committed to improving Utah's civil justice system. I previously served as Chair of the Legislative Committee for the Utah Association for Justice, continue to serve on its Board of Governors, teach continuing legal education programs, and have been recognized as the organization's Volunteer of the Year, Legislative Titan, and Trial Journal Most Influential Article of the Year. I have also been named a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 attorney and a Super Lawyers Rising Star.

I founded True North Injury Law with a simple goal: to build a law firm I would want to hire. That means providing exceptional representation and making every client feel informed, respected, and supported throughout the process. Great results matter, but so does how people are treated while we help them get there.
