Attorney Eric M. Swinyard is the founder of Eric M. Swinyard & Associates, PLLC, a full-service law firm in Draper. Eric focuses his practice on various areas of the law, including family law, divorce, estate planning and probate, civil litigation, business law, criminal defense, and personal injury. He holds a B.S. from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Arizona.
While in law school, Eric gained real-world legal experience, completing clerkships with the United States Depart of Justice and the Federal Judiciary. Since graduating from law school, Eric has founded his own private practice and has helped hundreds of people resolve their legal matters. He enjoys meeting new clients, listening to their stories, and developing creative, strategic solutions to help them move forward.
