I am a registered patent attorney with experience preparing and prosecuting foreign and domestic patent applications, with a focus in chemical, mechanical, and biomedical fields. I have drafted and prosecuted patent applications in a wide range of technologies, including biochemical compounds, pesticide compositions, medical devices, paint compositions, ink compositions, luminescent compounds, fuel compositions, polymer products, metallurgical products, diamond-based products, software applications, and semiconductor devices. I have worked for several nationally recognized intellectual property law firms in Washington, D.C. and in Salt Lake City. Before beginning a career in law, I worked for Kimberly-Clark Corporation where I was responsible for manufacturing of a pharmaceutical product line.
