Danny came highly recommended from a friend who grew up with his kids in Sandy/Draper. In the beginning, he was 'Johnny-on-the-Spot' but the story continued to change. One minute he was saying we shouldn't have a problem getting the charge dramatically reduced and the next he's telling me ton consi...der taking a plea after spending a year-and-a-half of my life going to hearings. I spent >$10,000 to work out a plea deal that could've been done two years sooner, and been two years closer to getting this blight eventually-expunged. It got to a point where I wasn't even sure if he would show up in court for my hearings. There were at least two instances where he didn't show up and failed to notify me until the last minute. Maybe had too much on his plate, but ultimately he did a poor job of representing me and helping me navigate an the legal process of dealing with a felony assault charge. A year after taking a plea, he wouldn't even respond to emails or calls regarding the status of my probation or the court dropping my conviction to a misdemeanor after paying restitution.
