Allison R Barger

Allison specializes in estate planning, special needs planning, adult guardianship, and probate matters. While attending college, she worked for Elder Law attorneys and developed a passion for working with older adults. She received a minor in Gerontology and spent countless hours volunteering with underserved seniors at a nearby senior living community. Allison continues to serve seniors by volunteering with the Senior Legal Clinic program at Liberty Senior Center.

Allison belongs to the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Academy of Special Needs Planners. Allison is also an active member of the Probate Rules Subcommittee, the combined Estate Planning and Elder Law Legislative Committee, the executive committee of the Elder Law Section, as well as a former chair of the Elder Law Section.
