I do not live in Utah so when my brother passed away unexpectedly without a will I contacted Kathie Brown-Roberts after an internet search for probate attorneys. I'll admit was a little nervous contacting an attorney I was not familiar with but I can honestly say it was the best decision I could hav...e made. Kathie immediately made me (and other family members) feel comfortable and walked us through the probate process. She answered all my questions and let me know what was required from me as personal representative for the estate and what documentation I would need to furnish to her (and the court) during probate. Kathie was also able to recommend a local realtor when I needed to sell my brother's residence. It gave me peace of mind to be able to deal with a local realtor that came highly recommended. After I returned to North Carolina Kathie remained in constant contact with me. If I had a question I would simply email Kathie and would receive a response usually by that afternoon. I would not hesitate to give the highest recommendation for Kathie Brown-Roberts and her staff.

Kathie helped us navigate not only a complicated probate issue, but also some tricky family issues that went along with it. Unlike other attorneys we've dealt with, Kathie is engaged, communicative, and patient.
