We have worked with Mr. Rammell for more than three years. He has provided us everything from title opinions, title curative, regulatory issues, joint operating agreements, etc. on projects in Utah and Wyoming. His biggest asset is tha...t he operates and develops his own oil and gas properties – he knows the ins and outs of oil and gas from an operator’s experience in addition to the legal side. He has hands-on experience with the gamut of petroleum related issues – ranging from permits, royalty distribution, regulatory issues, operating agreements, contractor agreements – whatever it take to structure and obtain revenue from a petroleum project. Mr. Rammell performed our Drill Site Title Opinion for two Exploratory wells drilled in year 2014 and 2015 in Nevada. Mr. Rammell also prepared the JOA/ Joint Operating Agreement for us as Operator of the project working with several Working Interest Partcipants from various states.
