I retained Frank thru another lawyer for a probate case as personal representative for my minor son son whose dad died, and I regret it. Once I retained him, he never answered my emails and did no work for three months. I had to push him to talk, he never answered my questions to make me feel like I ...understood. I finally got fed up and demanded that he updates me weekly. He complied but he still didn't answer my questions until I forced him to. I was the one that had to stay on top of him by writing a list of things that needed to be done and asking what day he plans on doing them, or he would have never done anything. When he told me only a few days before about a status hearing, he said he was going to ask judge for his legal fees but did not once ask if my son ( who lost his father) needed anything. I had to be the one to remind him that I had a legal right to child support. Then he said he would ask after I got mentioned my legal rights. He also is not aggressive enough to get other parties to comply to submitt information necessary to move case forward. My son's grandparents (the deceased parents) are stalling the case intentionally an extra 5-6 months bc they want to fight me bc they blame me for their sons death.Because I'm so tired of him constantly not showing no concern for my son's needs, I am looking into another lawyer who has more compassion and fights for the rights for my son.
